May has arrived and while the weather is not usually this mild, it has been a nice change from the wind and rain we are used to.
Harold and I are busy greeting some new residents and saying “See you in the Fall” to others. May is a month of consistent come and go. We have met some new people this year who stopped and stayed with us; whether overnight or for a few weeks, Harold and I enjoyed getting to know you and hope you come and see us again. We will have our usual shuffleboard tournaments and potluck on Saturdays. Without everyone here, we are going into our “summer” mode most activities will be suspended and will start again in September or October.
Harold and I wish everyone who’se leaving for the summer, safe travels, and we can’t wait to see you all next fall. Don’t forget if you want to reserve a space for next fall to do so with Linda before you leave, it is a first come first serve and we only have a limited number of spaces available.
